Thursday, April 16, 2026 @ 7pm at Sing Sing Kill Brewery. Caroline’s legendary “Cocktails and History” series returns – this time with a sesquicentennial (ie 250th) focus. Learn about Ossining’s Revolutionary War history through bespoke cocktails crafted by expert mixologist Sophia McGlew. There will be Revolutionary-era music! Tavern wenches! Tankards of ale!
